We value hygiene and product safety. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we follow a strict return policy.
- Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
📸 Unboxing video is mandatory for damage or missing item claims.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)
- Free gifts
- Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Replacement
- Replacement will be initiated for eligible cases
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
